2005

A chance remark by someone, somewhere resulted in Newcastle Mountain Bike Club (otherwise known as Midaircrisis) taking on Hull at their Humberside track in a challenge match completely out of the blue, with the expected result although it was a great sporting occasion enjoyed by all on a very hot summer afternoon. The visiting reserves had never seen a cycle speedway track before today!
